This was wonderful, started with only a 1/3rd of the vinegar, and it was perfect. didn’t add tofu my husband doesn’t like it, so added more pork. will definitely be making this again.

This is my absolute favorite takeout food. I have made several recipes but this is the best by FAR. I don’t add pork. All the good veggies and tofu satisfy me. Absolutely love it! I love vinegar, so I add a little more. You have a beautiful family! Can’t wait to try more of your recipes. Any suggestions? They all look so good!

I use black vinegar instead of white in my hot and sour soup all the time. In fact, I’ve never made it with white vinegar.
